Documents

Upload relevant documents: transcripts, grade reports, coach/teacher recommendations, standardized test scores (SAT/ACT/TOEFL/IELTS), sports certificates, etc. You can add multiple files.

Sport results

List your best or most recent verified results. Include units and context (competition, year, federation). Coaches often compare personal bests, per‑game averages, or official measured times.

Add a row for each sport/result. Score should use official units (e.g., 100 m: 10.78 s; swimming 50 m: 25.30 s; basketball: 18.4 PPG). In Note, include competition/year/placement (e.g., “U20 Nationals 2024 – 2nd place”).

Preferences

Check this box if you are applying for a scholarship. This will help universities and coaches assess your eligibility for financial aid.

School score

Summarize your academic performance: current/recent GPA, average grades for the last 2–3 years, strong subjects (English/Math), any honors courses (AP/IB). Include standardized test scores if available.

To ensure we convert your grades to GPA correctly, please specify your grading scale: enter the best and worst possible grade in your system (e.g., Best = 1, Worst = 5; or Best = 20, Worst = 0). If you use letters, indicate Best = A and Worst = F.

Example: “GPA 3.6 (converted), Math average 1.5; TOEFL iBT 98; SAT 1280; AP Calculus AB – 4.”

Review your information before submitting. You can save the form and return to upload documents later.
